Description:
This is the forth year we have stocked this coffee, and you may ask why do we always run out of it before the start of the new crop? Well for some reason I've found this coffee fades rather quickly compared to other Brazils. I'm not sure if its because it starts so good or what but there is a deterioration in the cup in the last couple of months of the cycle.
So what this year? Business as usual which is good when its this good in the cup. This blended coffee is the final product of over 30 years work, to find the perfect espresso blend. Now although a blend it's grown on the same farm and same region. The farm is split into micro farms, which are watched constantly by scientists who measure soil acidity, rainfall and anything else that can be measured.
What it produces in the cup is a very sweet espresso that has a very clean taste and has great body and mouthfeel of melted chocolate.
