Description:

This pulp natural processed yellow bourbon is similar in many ways to the Brazil Daterra Sweet Yellow Bourbon (funnily enough). In the cup it still gives the chocolate tones and still gives a great balance and still gives sweetness, just a little toned down. Wonderful in espresso (its spiritual home) but still versatile enough in the filter French press.
