Description:
We love Brazil here at Has Bean. We are lucky to have access to some of the most special coffees from this region. Brazil Fortaleza farm is from the same region and cluster of farms in Cachoeira. Ive cupped this coffee lots of time, and I like it every time, but when you are blessed with coffees like the Cachoeira and the canario its tough to find room.

But on the latest cupping I just decided its too good to keep away from you guys.

This pulped natural is a variation of our current Brazil's, with great sweetness great smoothness muted but balanced acidity with amazingly clean cup with a nutty after taste.
