Description:

Cape Verde is a republic located in North Atlantic Ocean, off the western coast of Africa. The previously uninhabited islands were discovered and colonized by the Portuguese in the fifteenth century. These isolated islands are small and unknown really in the coffee world. But as always we judge in the cup, and this unusual origin produces and unusual coffee.

In the cup its very floral, bright acidic coffee that for me is a french press/ filter coffee. The after taste is very smooth and not a hint of any bitters.
