This is a blend of two coffees, then carefully and respectfully decaffeinated using the CO2 method. In all of our cuppings CO2 tends to show up as the favourite, and the most gentle to the coffee. Unfortunately these offerings are few and far between so I'm happy to offer this great coffee
From the La Ceja (Antioquia) and La Cacica Relationship (Oporapa, Huila) farms this coffee retains full traceability. With its Medium to full body, smooth and easy drinking, summer fruits, floral aftertaste. If only all decaffeinated was this good.
