Description:
Costa Rica Reserve San Bosco is from Heredia, in the north of Costa Rica's Central Valley. San Bosco Reserve is selected and prepared with to highest quality standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of Costa Rica (SCACR). They pick the highest quality ripe cherries during the peak week of harvest. Grown at 1300 meters and above this is the very best of the crop the top 1% of it. The varietal blend is 92% Caturra and 8% Bourbon.

In the cup expect great acidity, excellent body, and clarity. In the aftertaste its real sweetness and a hint of cherry. This great cup is best in the filter as the acidity is a bit to much for most in the espresso. But if your brave enough and your machine good enough to get the best from it its worth a try.

Medium Roast
