This Costa Rican shares many qualities with Kenyan it is both balanced and deep, and in our opinion best at home in the filter maker / cafetière. Costa Rican coffee is always good. But to be different it needs that wow factor. La Laguna gives that wow by the bucket full. High notes, with its bright citrus flavour. But what makes it stand out is the exquisite chocolate and spice that runs through your mouth in the aftertaste.
