This certified coffee from Costa Rica manages to contain all the best bits of the regions coffee. The certification is complicated to explain all the things it has to reach to obtain it, but let's just say the farmer has a lot of hoops to jump through. It's a tricky one to roast, but well worth the effort. For our troubles you will get a rich body, with real fruit bursting through and hints of tangerine. Here you're getting a premium coffee for a non premium price.
