Description:

I've got to tell you I know little about this coffee. It was presented to me as a sample with no information. But here we judge everything fairly and the same way, on the cupping table.

In the cup the first thing you notice is its aroma, then it's big sweetness, with chocolate and just a hint of spice, but it is its smooth aftertaste that's a long as it is good that really hits you.

Experience of stocking a Cuban last year tells me not to expect to be around for too long. This is a great espresso coffee and just as good in the filter/ french press.
