We bought this one a while back and found it in our recent move around. We have one bag and when its gone its gone its not even a full size bag, so a couple of weeks and I don't think you will find this still here.
In the recent trip to El Salvador there was a lot of chatter about Pacamara varietal. This is a rare coffee is a crossing Maragogype and Pacas with Pacas is a mutation of the Bourbon. Are you keeping up ?
Well in the cup its funky, bright with a real floral notes but really intense not the delicate floral you may have had in the past. Its chewy and a little but wild and winey.
