Description:
This is a very clean cup with citric notes and a great body. El Salvador is the next big thing in my opinion in espresso coffee. As people's tastes develop this is the next logical step. El Salvador is producing awesome coffee at the moment, and this is no exception it's big enough to be a great single origin shot, but elegant enough to play a part in a blend.
