I'm not entirely sure when something becomes tradition, though for seven years now we have produced a Christmas special that's only available for the month of December in which we try to encapsulate Christmas in coffee. We only offer this as ROASTED BEANS and when it's gone, it's gone. This is the filter blend, we also offer an espresso blend too.
The filter blend contains:
50% El Salvador La Ilusion
Lemonade and fizz are my two favorites for this coffee. Fruit salad sweets and Sherbet Dip-Dabs, they remind me of Christmas.
50% Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Peaches, apricot, lemon, with an elegant finish and a lovely reminder of jasmine.
Together they bring a lemon bright citrus refreshing delight that takes me back to Christmases of old.
