Description:
This coffee came out with a lot of praise during a recent cupping in London with a bunch of professional. Some even said they could not tell it was a decaf. I didn't go that far, but this is a very well processed and carefully looked after decaf that has many of the properties of a great coffee.

In the cup this is very clean, with a chocolate and nutty tone to it, and a very long and pleasing aftertaste. Good espresso, good filter, I guess it's just a good decaf! It is a Co2 decaf as well, which is our preferred method.
