This decaffeinated Ethiopian give you all the joy of what the region can give without the caffeine. In the cup expect floral tones, even coffee blossom with just a hint of earthy spice. Top notch in the espresso machine.

This form of decaffeination is very unpopular method, but as always I judge coffee on taste and nothing else and I really liked what this cup offered. It's different to our other decafs as it's got the earthy spice I love in espresso. Good coffee
