Ethiopia, the birth place of coffee, and home to some of the most diverse coffees available. Sidamo is a region in the southern part of Ethiopia and for many years has an association with fine coffee. This one is no different and a pleasant surprise for a decaffeinated coffee. We have a full caffeine version of Sidamo and I've cupped them side by side. Sure you can tell that one is decaf and one isn't but this stands up as a good coffee on its own merits.
