Description:
This Maragogype El Platanillo comes from the Coto family in Huehuetenango. We haven't seen this one before but one single bag dropped onto my lap. It won't be here for long, when its gone its gone. I'm not sure if we will get it back, though we may be able to get some of the new crop when it arrives. An interesting cup that is well worth trying.

In the cup expect an expensive dark chocolate taste (high cocoa content stuff) paired with sweet natural honey, a creamy mid palate and finishing with that lovely pricey chocolate in the aftertaste.
