From the famous Fiaz, from whom we also buy our Indian Monsoon Malabar along with our Peaberry Bold, this is another classic coffee that we might normally pass on but Fiaz does such a good job that it's actually a very worthy addition to our inventory
The 250 acre Bibi Plantation is located at 1000ft in the highlands of Southern India, in the state of Karnataka.
In the cup expect salted/melted butter-like smoothness with an earthy undertone running from the front of the cup to the back. There is also a nutty component for the length of the cup. Uncomplicated, a solid cup of espresso and filter, for a great price too.
