Description:
This Indonesia Sulotco Sulawesi is from the private Bolokan estate from the Kalosi, Toraja region of Sulawesi. Grown in the same region and similar in many ways to the Celebes Torja kalosi you may ask why we are stocking this and why is it more expensive.
Well the estate is at 1600 meters altitude, and unlike the kalosi this coffee is fully washed and sun dried on drying tables. Expect a deep floral aroma with hints of caramel and butter mixed with the undeniable earthiness of a good Indonesia, which this most certainly is.
Tried as a single origin espresso it blew my socks of, a great coffee. Tried as a filter/ french press it's just as good. So is it versatile, yes. Good in the cup, yes. Have you tried it yet?
