This thick bodied classic Javan is an old favourite of Has Bean. The problem has been that the big cafe chains have been buying all the good Java, and roasting it beyond recognition. So it's been hard to find a good Java. Its earthy type honesty is a refreshing change to the clean cups of the gourmet world. Best roasted on the darker side. Watch out for the wild mushroom earthyness in this government estate classic.
