Description:
This not technically an estate coffee but one of the only regional ones in the Blue Mountains and was produced on Dr. Charles Lyn´s collection of coffee farms.

These farms, Mount Lebanon Estate and Abbey Green Estate, are located in the high elevation region of the St. Thomas parish within the Blue Mountain area.

We choose our coffee on the cupping table and this was the very best we could find, and we are sure you will love it too. Typical blue mountain profile of sweet incredibly balanced with a lovely spice and sandalwood finish.
