An old favorite returns for a limited time this ultra rare peaberry. Peaberrys represent a tiny amount of the typical crop. We have had this group's coffee before and it was very popular.
RSW is a collection of farms called known as Resource, Sherwood Forest, and the Whitfield Hall Farms (hence the RSW).
Some claim that the flavor of peaberrys is more superior to normal grade beans by the concentration of taste into one whole round bean instead of two flat half beans. I'm skeptical of this but all I know on a blind cupping table this was a very intense coffee.
It seems to be more. More flavor, more sweetness more spice, and incredibly bold. Perhaps a little less balanced than a normal blue mountain but don't let that put you off.
