At a recent coffee cupping this gem was on a blind table. I was blown away, but I had tried it a few months earlier. At the time it was a little green and lacked that something special I expect from a Kenya (and demand). But now I defy anyone (even someone with taste buds removed) to not find the blackcurrant and apricot BURSTING through. This is one of my top five finds this year(2005). The improvment in just letting it rest was....... WOW This coffee is really good, coffee at its best.
