Peaberries are prized for their richer, more intense flavour, the annual crop only produces a small number of Peaberry, so we were lucky to be able to source some. We searched for years to find a Peaberry worthy of inclusion, then two come along in one month. This coffee works really well in espresso blending (much to our surprise), with its smooth edges and silky finish. But try it on its own, and you're sure to be impressed by its rich mouth feel.
