Description:

For those in the know, I spent two years trying to find a good peaberry. Well this is the third one in three months and it's another real gem. This Plantation coffee cups cleanly, with many similarities to Indonesian coffee. It is a very lively coffee with hints of oranges, with a smooth buttery taste. A very balanced cup, that excels in the French press, filter machine or vacuum pot. Best roasted light to medium to appreciate its delicateness.
