Description:
Paraíso Farm was bought in 1977 and right afterwards started the coffee and banana plantation. They suffered three times with devastations caused by climate problems in 1979, 1981 and 1994.
The crops were replanted with Yellow Bourbon and Catucaí varieties. They have presented excellent quality coffee.
Located in the valley of Serra da Pedra Branca, the property is full of native wood, and pure and clean water sources. The place still presents favourable characteristics to the coffee production, like mild climate and permanent ventilation.
From the top of the mountain Serra da Pedra Branca, which is at 5990 feet in altitude, the beautiful landscape of all the region can be enjoyed; in fact that gave the name Boa Vista to the borough where the farm is located.
In the cup expect dark chocolate, with banana and hazelnut, and a sparkling vibrant acidity that fizzes on the tongue.
