I'm not entirely sure when something becomes tradition, though for seven years now we have produced a Christmas special that's only available for the month of December, in which we try to encapsulate Christmas in a coffee. We only offer this as ROASTED BEANS and when it's gone, it's gone. This is the filter blend: we also offer an espresso blend.
The filter blend contains:
50% El Salvador La Ilusion
Lemonade and fizz are my two favourite tastes in this coffee. Fruit salad sweets and Sherbet Dip-Dabs: they remind me of Christmas.
50% Costa Rica Zarcero Honey
Super, super, super sweet and sugar-like.
Together they bring a lemon bright, citrus refreshing delight that takes me back to Christmases of old, mixed in with amazing sweetness.
