El Salvador is a tiny country the size of Wales that has some great plant stock.

Twenty years of civil war meant that coffee took a back seat. Once things had been sorted out, and whilst other countries had been busy ripping out Bourbon trees, El Salvador was well placed to capitalise on the reimergence of the varietal as it once again found favour. The country is also famous for Pacamara.
