Description:
Much of Colombias coffee is a bit boring, and most of it is typical of that you can find in the Supermarket. So, can you find a good Colombian? Yes. It just takes work to find it. And we have done the work for you. A while ago I blind "cupped" this Colombian and was clamouring to buy it. Little did I know I already had it at the time. I had been dark roasting it and was unimpressed, so hadn’t added it to the catalogue.

But as a medium roast it came alive with chocolate overtones and its full bodied rich after taste. Add to that its a relationship coffee and you're on to a winner. For a number of reasons we don’t like the way the fair trade organisation operates. So here we have a compromise. Relationship coffee is your guarantee that the farmer of the coffee got a fair price because he produced good coffee, not because they needed charity and you are going to get one of the finest examples of Colombian coffee you will find anywhere. A great all day drink that never fails to impress, Welcome back to an old favourite. Medium roast
