Please note below these are guidelines of our response times so your expectations are managed. Please don't beat us up if we don't stick to them. In most cases the contacts will be in a much speedier fashion and if we do take longer there will be a good reason. As your first contact please try email. You'll be surprised how quickly we deal with email over any other method. We are able to find all the details of your question / query and supply you straight away with an idea of what solutions we can offer, without having to come back to you.
Email
We aim to answer all email within 12 hours, With most emails being answered within 2 hours during the working day (and some times evening if I'm still working). Email is our preferred method of communication. If you need to speak to us then email with your contact details and we will call you back ASAP.
Telephone
All telephone calls will go to our answering service. As an internet based business, we respond to emails with great priority and speed. Most telephone calls will be returned within 24hours but this can be up to 36 hours.
