Description:
We have had a flurry of Rwandan coffee. Unlike the others I can’t give you a great deal of information about the growers and the local area on this one. What I can tell you that in the french press, filter machine this is fantastic decaf that’s really pleasing.

It reminded me in many ways of the best of a fine Yirgacheffe and good Kenya. Sharp grapefruit that’s common in a Yirgacheffe with the creaminess of a great Kenya, the perfect filter brew combination.

Roast Information:
Beware swiss water decafs are very difficult to roast. One minute there fine, the next they have gone to far. This needs careful handling any further than the beginning of second and its ruined, keep it medium.
