I’ve wanted to stock a Tanzania Peaberry for years. There was a time that the reputation of this coffee was well deserved, but in my years of buying coffee for Has Bean I’d yet to find one that made me believe it was as good as people, say let alone choose to add to the range. Well, now we have found one, and here it is. Want something a little less acidic than a Kenyan? Here it is. The smell of this coffee freshly roasted is fantastic. The tastes are clean, fresh, bright and light bodied. A Tanzania Peaberry that’s worthy of its reputation. I’m as surprised as you are. In the tase theres a great orange's taste thats not quite what you would expect.

Roast Information:
Peaberry roasts quickly, and this is no exception. Somewhere before second crack is just where this needs to be (medium to medium dark). Small beans (i.e. peaberry) move along the roasting line quickly, beware.
