This vac pot is from the world famous Cona brand of vacuum pots. Its main feature is its all glass body with no metal parts to taint the flavour. The vacuum principle ensures the coffee is automatically infused at the correct temperature and does not boil. It also means the coffee doesn't become over extracted unlike some other methods of brewing.
Cona is the choice of professionals for filter/French press type of brewing. Its generous size means you will be able to comfortably brew 12 cups at a time. Recommended only for electric cookers and solid fuel cookers (unless used with heat diffuser). Cona size "D"
