Loading... Please wait...So this is the part where I tell you all sorts about this coffee, a full run down of varietal, details of the producer or co-op and all the rest. If you're expecting the usual details, I'm afraid you may be a little disappointed.
This coffee hit our cupping table a few weeks back and we decided it was a great example of the Swiss Water Decaffienated method. In the cup expect big body without being overly earthy. This one is balanced, smooth and the perfect coffee for espresso, with a sweet lingering aftertaste. In short, it's good. That is all we can tell you about this one.

A little acid for my taste, but I like deep earthy well-roasted coffees.
Talking of which, this is a real struggle to roast well: I'm no expert but neither am I a novice, and this seems to jump from first crack to overdone in no time flat. I know that decaffs are renowned for this, but that's all I roast, and all the other decaffs are much more forgiving.
But I'm still practicing...
