March 2014 - Camden Coffee House: Espresso Blend

This is the third in a line of coffee shop guest coffee blends that we're super excited to be sharing with you throughout 2014. Each month there will be a new blend from one of our amazing customers.

For March we take a trip to London village to visit Camden Coffee House.

Camden Coffee House was born in May 2009 after Sunni, the owner travelled and worked abroad finding his passion for coffee & teas, through their tasting notes, growing regions, how it was served and how it brought local communities closer.

Returning to London and disappointed at the level of coffee served on the high street, inspired Sunni to start his own coffee house in his birth place – Camden Town. Since 2009 they've grown to 4 coffee houses based in the heart of Camden Town, Balham, Ladbroke Grove & Croydon offering everyone who passes through a consistently divine cup of coffee, taking great care in making it to perfection so you experience it the way it should be.

Their blend is a 70/30 split of 2 very different coffees...

70% Brazil Fazenda Passeio Natural Rubi
30% Sumatra Takengon Gayon Mountains Double Picked Fully Washed

In the cup expect a lovely sweet base of dark chocolate, with a great powerful body thats spicy and a huge tactile mouthfeel that carries on and on.

If you'd like to find out a bit more about the lovely folk at Camden Coffee House make sure to have a peek at their website and Twitter @Camdencoffee.
