Lactic

Although lactic refers to the fermentation of the coffee and not the processing method, we feel that the flavours delivered fall outside of what could traditionally be expected from a washed, pulped natural or naturally processed coffee. Because of this and their unique nature, we believe they should be celebrated independently.
