Christmas is a very busy time of the year for Royal Mail and DPD, with this in mind please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.

We will be roasting coffee until Friday the 22^nd of December, after that we will closed for the holidays. We will return to full time roasting on Tuesday the 2^nd of January.

If you would like us to ship you an order before we break up for Christmas, please order before 07:30 on Friday the 22^nd of December.

The following dispatch dates are to be used as guidelines and not guarantees, as much as we'd love to, we can not guarantee delivery.

UK Deliveries

(We're being cautious with these! We are roasting + dispatching orders on Friday the 22^nd but you know what deliveries can be like that close to Christmas)

Royal Mail

Cut off dates:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 1st Class: Monday the 18^th of December before 7:30am (delivery aim 20/12)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 2nd Class: Friday the 15^th of December before 7:30am (delivery aim 20/12)

DPD

Cut off dates:
Mainland UK: Wednesday the 20^th of December (for delivery 22/12)
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands: Tuesday the 19^th of December (for delivery 22/12)

International Deliveries

Royal Mail
It really depends where you are in the world, but as a general guide, we're going to say aim for between Wednesday the 6^th and Friday 8^th of December as the latest you should be placing your order.

UPS
Again it really depends on where you are in the world, but generally they don't take much more than 5 days to deliver, so we're going to say 15^th of December. If you'd like a more accurate deadline based on your location, contact us by raising a support ticket and we will be able to look into your available options.

In My Mug 

We'll be sending out In My Mug subscriptions as normal on Friday December 22^nd and 29^th.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't rely on deliveries for gifts without plenty of time and the right kind of shipping. It's a busy time of year and everything can really slow down. We will do everything we can to get your order to you this festive season, we promise.
