Delivery Updates

The updates you receive on your order as it travels towards you will vary depending on the shipping method you selected when checking out. DPD - Full Tracking
(Monday-Friday), Pre-12:00, Pre-10:30 and (Saturday)

You will receive a separate email from our DPD system that contains your tracking information and access to their 'In Flight' options where you can take control of your delivery. If you have not received this information, please make sure you check your spam/junk folders and if it is not in there, get in touch with us at orders@hasbean.co.uk and we can look it up for you.

We would highly recommend downloading the DPD app as it automatically updates with details of any shipment in the DPD network that is addressed to you! More information is available on the DPD website here https://www.dpd.co.uk/yourdpd

Royal Mail First Class - No Tracking

This is pretty much the same as putting a letter into a postbox with a First Class stamp on, there is no tracking available on our First Class shipments. We are able to look up a very basic delivery confirmation that only updates once Royal Mail attempt a delivery, if you're awaiting a delivery and would like us to look this up for you please get in touch with us at orders@hasbean.co.uk

Royal Mail Second Class - No Tracking

DPD Classic - Full Tracking

You will receive a separate email from our DPD system that contains your tracking information and access to their 'In Flight' options (if they are available in your country) where you can take control of your delivery. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - Full Tracking

Packages receive full tracking from shipping to delivery and a signature is obtained upon delivery. You will receive a shipping update email from us at around 16:00-17:00 GMT when we are able to access the tracking numbers in our Royal Mail system + upload them onto our website. This update will contain a link to track your package on the Royal Mail tracking website. If you do not receive this update, please get in touch with us at orders@hasbean.co.uk

The delivery aim for International Tracked & Signed is 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. You can find out more details from Royal Mail on their website here https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked-signed

Royal Mail International Tracked - Full Tracking

Royal Mail International Standard - No Tracking

This is a totally untracked international service with a delivery aim of 3-5 working days within Europe and 6-7 working days worldwide. We can not track these shipments.
