European Shipping Update

January 15th, 2021

We have been informed by DPD that they are resuming their European road service from 06:00 am on Saturday the 16th of January. DPD Classic has been re-listed on our website and is now available for all orders. If you try to check out and do not see an appropriate delivery method, please get in touch with us at via the details our contact page here so we can look into it for you.

January 14th, 2021

Due to an error with our UPS account that we are currently unable to resolve, all UPS shipping methods have been removed from our website as we are currently unable to create any shipments with UPS.

For orders travelling to Ireland or Europe that weigh more than 2.0kg, our only available shipping option is now FedEx. Royal Mail delivery options are available on all orders weighing less than 2.0kg.

January 13th, 2021

Due to additional challenges with European and Irish road deliveries, DPD have extended their service suspension.

Services were initially due to resume on Wednesday the 13th of January but will now remain paused with further information being made available on Friday the 15th January.

January 7th, 2021

DPD have once again suspended their European road delivery service which means we are unable to send DPD Classic shipments to the EU and ROI. For more details, please read the official announcement on the DPD website here.

The suspension is currently scheduled to be lifted on Wednesday the 13th of January at which time, if possible, we will re-add all DPD Classic delivery options to the EU and ROI.

While DPD Classic is suspended, we have Royal Mail delivery services available for EU and ROI orders up to 2.0kg alongside UPS and FedEx for everything else.

January 4th, 2021

DPD and Royal Mail have resumed road deliveries to Europe. We are now in the process of re-listing all our European delivery methods. This will take a short period of time and we appreciate your patience while this work is carried out. December 22nd, 2020

Following recent announcements regarding the concerns over the new Coronavirus variant in the UK, the French government have imposed a temporary ban on any accompanied freight entering France by road, from the UK. Freight lorries cannot currently cross by sea or through the Eurotunnel. The Port of Dover is closed to outbound traffic. Other countries are responding in a similar way, so we expect there to be significant disruptions to international services into mainland Europe and other countries such as Canada and Turkey. We expect other countries to impose similar restrictions which is likely to further impact international services. It is not yet clear how long this disruption will last. Our ability to ship internationally has been heavily impacted.

  • Royal Mail has suspended all mail services to Europe (with the exception of the Republic of Ireland), Canada and Turkey with immediate effect
  • DPD has suspended all road deliveries to mainland Europe with immediate effect

All Royal Mail and DPD Classic services to Europe (with the exception of the Republic of Ireland), Canada and Turkey have been removed from our website.

We are able to offer UPS Express Saver to most international destinations for a flat fee of £30.00 for up to 10kg, this is because UPS deliver all Express Saver shipments by air both within Europe and worldwide. Delivery times range from 2-5 days depending on the distance from the United Kingdom.
