We roast all our coffee to order and any orders placed before 07:30 am GMT will be processed, roasted and shipped that day. Any orders placed after 07:30 am GMT will not be processed until the following working day. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any delivery questions or urgent requirements.
Our website calculates shipping charges based on the items in your cart and your delivery address, it will offer you the best available rates once it knows this information. The easiest way to work out shipping costs is to go through the website ordering process as if you were going to order the items you would like, then on the final page of the checkout process (before having to pay) you'll be given a list of available shipping options.
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50. These will be shipped with DPD via their standard Monday-Friday service.
If you would like to collect your order in person and save on delivery fees, please select the 'Pick Up' option when checking out. Your order will be processed as normal and we will send you an email when it is ready to be collected.
All our coffee is roasted to order so please do not visit to collect your order before you have received email confirmation it is ready to collect.
- if your order is placed before 07:30 am, it should be ready to collect by the end of that working day
- if your order is placed after 07:30 am, it should be ready to collect by the end of the following working day

EU Delivery Charges
In relation to Brexit import/export changes, any VAT, customs or duty charges, will be the responsibility of the buyer and applied locally.
Why are you asking me for a phone number?
It is for the delivery company to contact you in case of any difficulties they have with your delivery. If you did not provide us with a telephone number and there were any issues with the delivery of your order, the delivery company would not be able to contact you.
What to do if your delivery doesn't arrive
It always makes us very happy when things run like clockwork but on occasion due to circumstances outside of our control your order may take a little longer to get to you than expected, please remember this is usually down to the courier.
Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but we always ask that you wait for 7, we can not take action until this time has passed. During this time we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've already tried to deliver (even if they haven't left a card) and ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 7 days, please email us at email@example.com with your order number (HB2009-******) so we can investigate further.
Royal Mail First Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class items the next working day including Saturdays. This is not a guarantee but an aim.
Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order has not been delivered within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Royal Mail Second Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver Second Class items the third working day after posting including Saturdays, with a small minority taking up to 7 working days. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch with us at email@example.com if your order has not been delivered within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when we enter your shipping information into our DPD system, you will also be sent this information by text message if you provide us with a mobile number and via the DPD app if you have it installed. A 1 hour delivery window will be sent to you on the morning of your delivery.

If you select DPD Saturday or Sunday delivery then please do not request to have your order delivered to a DPD Pickup Shop via the In Flight options, they do not deliver to them at the weekend.
International deliveries can sometimes take longer than we expect, unfortunately due to many factors beyond our control your order can be delayed at any 1 of many points on its journey across the world and we ask you to please be patient.
If your item was shipped with Royal Mail via either Tracked & Signed, Tracked or Signed then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we should have access to tracking information for your order. If you selected Royal Mail International Standard then unfortunately we will not have any tracking information.
Royal Mail will not class an international shipment as lost or missing for 28 working days unfortunately we can not take any action until this time has passed. During that time we recommend that you ask your local sorting office / post office if they've tried to deliver (even if they haven't left a card) and ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found on your shipping confirmation email. If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 14 working days and you have performed the above steps then please email us at email@example.com with your order number (HB2009-*****).
International Tracked & Signed
Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.
Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.
Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once the delivery company obtains a signature from the recipient.
All Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services offer delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
The availability of Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services depends on where your item is going. See the Royal Mail list of destinations and their services.
Where applicable, you’ll be able to track your item via their Track and Trace service.
Signature on delivery
A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked & Signed and International Signed. However, we do not provide a copy of the signature to you as part of the service.
No tracking. Delivery time 5 -7 working days worldwide, however can take longer due to worldwide circumstances beyond our control.
We have started working with UPS for international deliveries to all parts of the world.

Jailbreak, Blake, Jabberwocky, Phil-ter and Decaf: we ship all our blend and decaf subscriptions free of charge via Royal Mail Second Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-3 working days Monday-Saturday.
