I have too much coffee! Can a Skip my next order?
A. Yes! Simply login to your Account and you can change your delivery date. Also handy if you're going on holiday and need to pause it.
What if I need to cancel?
A. Well we would be sad. But you can also do this yourself in your Account. Louisa in the online team will cry at her desk that you're going, but such is life.
Can I give an In My Mug coffee subscription as a gift?
A. Yes you can! We have a number of options available and they make very popular presents. Who wouldn't want amazing coffee turning up at their door every week?! Better than flowers, bath salts or novelty socks. Actually we quite like socks.
Can I change the grind or the number of bags on my Subscription?
A. Yes! You can easily do this in your Account too. It all happens in this area right?! Like kitchens at house parties.
Can I recycle my coffee bags?
A. No you can't! Finally a no answer. Because even better- our 250g bags are compostible. Check your local council to see if they can go in your food waste, or simply put in the bin, knowing they will break down in time.
When does my subscription get sent?
A. We roast and post via Royal Mail First Class post every Friday, with the aim of your coffee arriving with your regular post on a Saturday morning. Get the kettle on!
