Roasting Information
Medium - through first crack and well through the gap, but keep it before second gets going to avoid losing the milk chocolate sweetness and creaminess of the cup. -
If you place an order before 07:30, it will be roasted and dispatched that day. If you order after 07:30, it will carry over to the following working day for roasting.

We’ve been buying Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Inglaterra for just over 10 years, and it’s a farm that we’re very proud to be working with. The farm's name (Fazenda Toca Da Onca) means 'hiding place of a small wildcat', but the locals now call the farm 'Inglaterra'.
