    Roasting Information
    Medium - through first crack and well through the gap, but keep it before second gets going to avoid losing the milk chocolate sweetness and creaminess of the cup.

Fazenda Inglaterra

We’ve been buying Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Inglaterra for just over 10 years, and it’s a farm that we’re very proud to be working with. The farm's name (Fazenda Toca Da Onca) means 'hiding place of a small wildcat', but the locals now call the farm 'Inglaterra'.
