Following on from the Jailbreak espresso blend, the plan is to build a range of espresso blends along a similar line but which all have very different goals and ideals.
This particular one is a super premium, super delicious, challenging and difficult blend that sings like an angel when it is right.
This blend may need a machine and a certain level of precision to get exactly right, so it's not for the uninitiated, and it's certainly not for the fainthearted. It will take work to nail it just right, but when you do it is an amazing blend.
When you've got it right, expect a bright espresso with sweetness and substance, with sherbet lemons and oranges, and with a vibrant effervescence that works super well in espresso and cuts through the milk in a pleasing way. It's a grown-up coffee blend.

These are premium beans that are amazing single origin coffees on their own, but as a blend they bring sweetness, acidity, body and all around deliciousness.
In the cup you'll find oranges, sherbet and lemonade. It's a difficult one. Roasted just into the first pops of second crack, it's a shade lighter than Jailbreak, but this is where, for us, the coffees are at their best.
