Costa Rica Puente Tarrazú Finca El Potrero Pack
-
Costa Rica was where honey processing was developed and continues to innovate in processing coffee. By controlling temperature, time, humidity and available sugars, a wealth of flavour profiles can be developed by an expert. We wanted to explore those flavours, using coffee from just a single farm.
For this pack, we went to Rudolfo Rivera, a partner in Puente Tarrazú micromill. One of the oldest micromills in Tarrazú, they’re experts in processing and here you have Bourbon and Geisha from Rodulfo’s Potrero farm processed as Washed, Honeys and a Naturals for a unique insight into the interplay of the land and the processing.
This is a pack of 4 different coffees we have from the Puente Tarrazú and Finca El Potrero dream team! 4 different bags of coffee, all from the same farm and mill in Santa Cruz de León Cortés, Tarrazú, Costa Rica.
If you order this pack, you will be sent 4 * 250g bags of coffee all at once. Those bags will contain the following 4 coffees:
- Black Honey Bourbon (Muscovado sugar, orange, plum) - 250g
- Natural Bourbon (bruised plum, peach, lychee) - 250g
- Red Honey Bourbon (milk chocolate, fudge, orange) - 250g
- Washed Bourbon (lemon, white sugar, orange) - 250g
-
