SCAE Roasting Foundation
This book is an introduction to the SCAE Roasting Foundation written by Morten Münchow who has been teaching more than 400 people the art and science of coffee roasting at London School of Coffee since 2007 and also consulted numerous startups and established coffee roasteries.
Since 2013 Morten has been working as lead creator of SCAE’s certification system for coffee roasters and in this book he provides the reader with essential knowledge to get on the right foot with coffee roasting and to attend training and exam for the Foundation level of coffee roasting.
