Shaji Farm
-
This coffee was sourced from Mama Aya and her farm Shaji in Mbozi, south-west Tanzania. This lot is part of a woman producer initiative operated by Communal Shamba, a social enterprise founded solely by young Tanzanians.
Up front this is candied lemon zest - white sugar over the fresh zing of lemon. Underneath is a biscuity sweet base and a soft white grape edge to the finish.
