(sorry just had to get that out of the way)

    Message from the publisher

The year 2017 marks the third anniversary of the Black Water issue with the World Barista Championship. It's been a long time, but in April 2015, when I first witnessed the world tournament, the excitement in Seattle is still vivid. From which we are always on hand to venue observe a demonstration of the players contained ranked. On the other hand, it is a pleasure to watch the demonstrations by the representative players from all over the world.

One day after the tournament last year in Seoul, the Black Water Issue team thought it was a shame to let the cool guys out of the way, and immediately launched the 'Regraphy' project. Thankfully, many athletes were willing to accept the Black Water Issue, and after three months of long work, I was able to bring this book, a collection of their passion and efforts, into your hands.

The Black Water Issue team hopes that this book will be a long-lasting gift to the barista who is dreaming of the WBC stage, as a gift of history for both textbooks and coffees, and for the athletes as a wonderfully recorded gift . We will always be there.
