Chinga is the smallest mill in the Othaya co-operative and has around 800 members. Based near the banks of the Gikira river, south of Othaya town, the producers deliver their cherries to the small mill above the drying beds where they hand sorted for ripeness before cleaning them and drying using a Natural process.
