Here are descriptions for all the shipping methods available in the checkout. Please note we roast to order, so we can not always dispatch on the day of order. For more info on our roasting times click here

Please not we do not ship on Weekends and bank holidays and fedex do not deliver on these dates either. For information on royal mail please check www.royalmail.com

UK postage

  • Royal Mail 1st Class
    1st class post aims to deliver within 1 working day. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch.
  • Royal mail 24
    • This is slowly replacing 1st class. They aim to deliver within 1 working day. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch.
  • Royal mail 48
    • This is slowly replacing 2nd class. They aim to deliver within 2 working days with a small minority of orders on the third working day. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch.
  • Fedex 48 Hour Service
    2/3 working day service once dispatched. No guarantee of delivery on these times, this is an aim. No weekend Delivery
  • Fedex 24 Hour Service
    1 working day service once dispatched. No guarantee of delivery on these times, this is an aim. No weekend Delivery
  • Fedex UK Courier Pack
    1 working day service once dispatched. No guarantee of delivery on these times, this is an aim. No weekend Delivery

Outside the UK

  • Fedex International Services
    Fedex international services are varied dates, but most will be delivered within 10 working days.
  • Royal Mail Airmail
    The aim is to deliver items within 5 working days. No guarantee of delivery on these times, this is an aim. May take up to 28 days. 

Subscriptions

Please note all subscriptions will be sent via Royal Mail. There is no option for them to be sent via Fedex. Subscriptions must be ordered on their own. All subscriptions are sent on Fridays.
