This lot is from small producers in the Khun Korn area of Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, most of whom are quite young - between 25 and 35 years old typically. Coffee was delivered still in its outer parchment to the Beanspire mill, where founder Jane Kittiratanapaiboon cupped lots and picked out the ones to make this well-balanced and more-ish lot.
