Roast Information
Medium - once this is coming to the end of first crack, let it slow a little and develop the coffee through to the edge of second crack before you finish the roast.

If you place an order before 07:30, it will be roasted and dispatched that day. If you order after 07:30, it will carry over to the following working day for roasting.
